Auto Extract Systems Ltd (AES Ltd) are one of the UK's leading specialists in design and installation of process fume and dust extraction systems.

We have over 50 years combined experience within the fume and dust extraction market and operate nationwide from our head offices based in Greater Manchester.

We specialise in providing bespoke system solutions to meet individual customers specific needs and we have extensive experience in the collection, removal and filtration of air born particulates and vapours including weld and brazing fumes, metallic and non- metallic dusts, vehicle exhaust and hydrocarbon solvent fume.

We work closely with our customers to ensure all requirements are met with initial design options formulated at the customer's premises which are then refined and fully specified by our design team in Leigh. From your initial enquiry to project sign-off we offer a fully integrated design and installation service, including on-site visits, allocation of project responsibility to a specific design engineer.

Why use the auto extract portal?

To help ensure that all systems are up-to-date with the current health and safety requirements, we have created an online portal to keep all reports and manuals in one safe place. With your own personal username and password you can have access to all the reports for each client which can be viewed and downloaded at anytime. We can send email reminders that a COSHH test is due and when a new report has been added for you to view or send to your client. You can also create a login for your client.
