An employer’s responsibility is to ensure that all extraction equipment is fully maintained with up

to date COSHH certificates. This process using manual hardcopy filing systems combined with

spread sheets, which over the years become very difficult and time consuming to look after.

The AES portal is a revolutionary online system that allows all extraction related health and safety

data to be logged and updated online. So you have easy access to everything you need, and it’s all

in one place! 

What does the AES Portal do?

· You can login from any computer, tablet or mobile phone with an internet connection using

your personal login anywhere in the world at any time to check this information.

· Can easily view all information associated with your dust, fume and vapour extraction

equipment in one place including reports, certificates and quotes which is extremely useful as

the HSE require 5 years of records to be kept on file at any one time.

· Your job is now much easier as the AES Portal sends you reminders of expiry dates on COSHH

certification via email.

· You can issue your clients individual access to their own account on the portal giving them

access to view reports and certificates through your own administration account. 

· By using the AES Portal, managing health and safety will become a breeze.

How to login to the AES Portal

To login to the AES Portal visit www.autoextract.co.uk and click on “client login” which is in the top

right corner of the AES Ltd home page.

Or visit https://portal.autoextract.co.uk/ and enter your login details.

If you do not have your login details, please contact service@autoextract.co.uk and we will arrange

your login details.

Once you have logged in to your account you are able to see all reports and certificates for your all

your dust, fume and vapour extraction equipment. You can also see when they are due to expire. View

and download all reports that AES Ltd have carried out which is extremely useful as the HSE require 5

years of records to be kept on file at any one time. The AES Portal also sends you email reminders of

when COSHH certificates are due to expire.

You can also set up an account for your client giving them access to view reports and certificates

through your own administration account. We have even created an animation for you to show

In addition to all this, the AES Portal helps reduce its carbon footprint due to there being no need for

printing or posting of hard copy reports and certificates.
